Welcome to Greece’s most famous cosmopolitan island, a whitewashed paradise in the heart of the Cyclades.
According to mythology, Mykonos was formed from the petrified bodies of giants killed by Hercules.
And did you know that the island took its name from the grandson of Apollo, “Mykonos”?
Set out on a journey to discover a fascinating world where glamour meets simplicity.
On Mykonos celebrities, college students and families mingle together to celebrate the Greek summer.
Whether you are an entertainment junkie out for a real good time, or a visitor who wishes to explore the island’s history and tradition,
Mykonos will certainly meet your expectations.

Crescent-shaped Santorini (or Thíra), the precious gem of the Aegean, is actually a group of islands consisting of Thíra,
Thirassiá, Asproníssi, Palea and Nea Kaméni in the southernmost part of Cyclades.
Did you know that the whole complex of Santorini islands is still an active volcano (the same as Méthana, Mílos and Nísiros)
and probably the only volcano in the world whose crater is in the sea?
The islands that form Santorini came into existence as a result of intensive volcanic activity; twelve huge eruptions occurred,
one every 20,000 years approximately, and each violent eruption caused the collapse of the volcano’s central part creating a large crater (caldera).
Santorini is considered to be the most sought after place for a romantic getaway in Greece,
as well as a “wedding destination” since there are not many places in the world where you can enjoy exquisitely clear waters
while perched on the rim of a massive active volcano in the middle of the sea!
The island also has a reputation as a “wedding destination” for couples not only from Greece but from all over the world.

Crete is the largest island in Greece, and the fifth largest one in the Mediterranean Sea.
Here, you can admire the remnants of brilliant civilizations, explore glorious beaches, impressive mountain capes,
fertile valleys and steep gorges, and become part of the island’s rich gastronomic culture.
Crete is, after all, a small universe teeming with beauties and treasures that you will probably need a lifetime to uncover!

Unrivaled natural beauty, beaches with crystal clear waters,
unrivaled Byzantine footpaths connecting traditional villages and breathtaking landscapes make Paros,  located at the heart of the Cyclades
one of the best loved holiday destinations in Greece.

Due to its proximity to Attica, Kéa (also called “Tzia”) is an easily accessible beauty with a scenery variety: steep mountains, small fields, olive groves, vineyards, valleys, picturesque coves, exciting hiking trails and off-the-beaten-track beaches. On the island with the largest oak forest in the Cyclades bird-watching is a real delight. For those who are into geology, there are plenty of small caves (like in Kálamos and in Áyios Timótheos). 36 km long cobbled trails will lead you to the four city-states of the ancient times: Ioulis, Karthaia, Koressia, Poiessa).

A Green – Blue Harmony!
This lush green island with breathtaking beaches and crystal clear waters of greenish-blue colours will leave you speechless. Kefalonia glows in the Ionian Sea and carries a rich history in cultural tradition. It’s the biggest Ionian Island and the green of its mountains blend with the blue of the water making it truly unique and a beloved destination. Pine, cypress and olive trees cover Mt. Ainos’ peak, while at its foot you’ll encounter vineyards where the popular Kefalonian Robola wine variety is produced.

If you happen to love snorkeling or diving then the island’s amazing seabed will definitely satisfy you. You might even get the chance to encounter the rare, caretta caretta, sea turtles that take refuge here, as well as the monk seals monachus monachus. Kefalonia’s culinary tradition, history, picturesque villages, upbeat nightlife and pristine beaches will make you fall in love with the island.

Where the Venetians, the French and the British used to live.
With the passage of time the island may have changed, but we can still feel the spirit of a distant glorious past . Its rich multi-cultural heritage, its historic monuments, its stunning natural landscape, its crystal clear seas, and its excellent weather all year round explain why Corfu is one of the most cosmopolitan Mediterranean destinations weaving a powerful spell on its visitors.

Corfu (Kérkyra), unlike the rest of Greece, never fell under the Ottoman oppression. Due to the successive domination of the Venetians, the French and the British over the centuries, the island has primarily become part of the Western rather the Levantine world. Their culture wielded strong influence in the city: it was here that the first Greek University (the Ionian Academy), the first Philharmonic Orchestra and the First School of Fine Arts were founded.
